Shipping

In most cases, new orders are expected to ship within 2 business days from the time of purchase but may take up to 30 days to ship. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Delivery

Delivery options may change at any time and without notice. Changed delivery options will apply to any orders placed after the change.

For pre-order items we will list the anticipated shipping date on the product page.

Digital products will be made accessible to you after we receive full payment or at a future date specified at the time of purchase.

If you purchase multiple physical products with different delivery dates we will combine the physical products into a single delivery when all physical products are available for delivery. This may include pre-ordered or temporarily out of stock items. If you have ordered multiple pre-order items all products will ship when they are all available.

In the case of availability, technical, or other problems that delay delivery beyond timeframes disclosed by the Stores, or 30 days if no delivery timeframe is disclosed, we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel the order.

We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrectly entered addresses.

If we or our carrier are unable to successfully deliver a physical product we will contact you to arrange delivery. We may cancel the purchase if we make reasonable efforts but are unable to contact you or arrange delivery or collection.

Damage or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if the products are damaged, defective, or not the product(s) you purchased. We may require confirmation of damage via photo and/or video proof of damage. 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item we will process the return or exchange at our expense. All other returns or exchanges follow our standard return policy.
